TO ACESS LEVEL OF CA 19.9( CARBOHYDRATE ANTIGEN 19.9) & CA125 (CARBOHYDRATE ANTIGEN 125) IN PATIENTS OF CANCER ( OVARIAN, ENDOMETRIAL & PANCREATIC)

Purpose: To investigate the diagnostic value of CA 19.9 & CA125 in patients cancer. Methods: 100 randomly selected coming to Medicine Gynae OPD with symptoms Serum was taken and CA19.9 125 analyzed by Electrochemiluminescent Immunoassay. Results: It showed serum levels patient malignant ovarian, endometriosis pancreatic tumor significantly higher than control group. Out total 50 for CA19.9, 45 were females 5 males. females, 14 3 males have raised value. All more 500 U/ml had carcinoma. those 1000 features malignancy whereas rest endometriosis. For out which only 10 level. 60% cut off that 35u/ml. who CA125, 6 carcinoma metastasis 4
